About Me

I am a BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) Accredited counsellor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Brighton University.

​​Since 2017 I have been working as senior therapist and a designated safeguarding lead for a children and young persons service within a large charity in West Sussex. I continue to work in this role alongside my own private practice in Lewes, East Sussex.

​My career has also involved many years working in health, wellbeing, education and sports development with children, young people and adults of all ages. This includes counselling adults for an East Sussex drug and alcohol service and for a bereavement charity.

Additional qualifications held include a degree in Philosophy, a Masters in Sports Development and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education with Qualified Teacher Status (primary aged).

​I have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate (DBS) and full Professional Insurance.

I maintain regular clinical supervision and as an accredited member of the (BACP), abide by their code of ethics and good practice.
