I'm Faustina, a BACP Accredited counsellor working with adults in Lewes and online. I offer a space to work through what's weighing on you -  whether that's pressure at work, or the lasting effects of someone else’s alcohol or drug use, including if you grew up around it.

Support for overwhelm, conflict, or anxiety connected to your working life. This might show up as dreading Monday mornings, struggling to switch off, difficult relationships with colleagues or managers, or feeling like you're constantly running on empty.​​

For adults whose lives have been shaped by a parent's, partner's, or family member's alcohol or drug use - past or present. This can show up as anxiety, difficulty trusting others, guilt that doesn't quite make sense, or a pattern of putting others' needs before your own.
